2017 Honda Civic
Mileage144,245Service Date12/18/2025Services Performed- Inspect engine for oil leaks. The only visible leaks is the drain plug was loose and was leaking. tighten the drain plug and monitor is good. Needs an oil change . after adding a quart of oil there was a small puddle on the floor, we cleaned and dried the bottom of the engine has not leaked. we are recommending pressure washing the engine, changing the oil and adding leak detect so we can see where is leaking from. Includes removing the lower engine covers.Oil is leaking from the bolt on the timing cover see attached photos for details. The leak seems to be temperature dependent, it only leaks during a cold start up then stops.

2007 Infiniti FX35
Mileage312,041Service Date11/14/2025Services Performed- Engine cranks but won't start. Let it cool down and recharge the battery. The radiator is broken at the bottom and leaked out all of the coolant, the car has been hit on the right front and pushed the core support backwards and it pushed and broke the radiator. Then engine starts now but it has a misfire, can't let it run because radiator does not hold coolant at all, need to replace the radiator and start the engine and see if it has any cylinder head or gasket issues because it has been overheating as described by the customer.

2012 Ford Escape
Mileage145,845Service Date11/3/2025Services Performed- Coolant low, add almost a gallon.Pressure test system to 17psi. Can not find any signs of an external leak. Air filter is dirty. Front and rear brakes are @5mm. Rear sway bar bushings are bad, needs a front right sway bar link. Needs a rear engine mount, and lower transmission mount is starting to crack. Lower control arm bushings are cracked and going bad. Rear differential mount is cracked. License plate light is out, Center brake light is out, left fog lamp is out, High beams are out. Dome light is out. Rear wiper is bad.

2007 Toyota Corolla
Mileage164,382Service Date7/24/2025Services Performed- Visual inspection shows oil a quart low, coolant is down can't tell how low. We cranked the engine and spins faster than normal as in low compression and lose of valve timing. Removed spark plugs to inspect inside cylinders and do a static compression test, added a one and half gallons of water, as we added water cylinder #2 filled up with water. Cylinders have water and oil in them and no or low compression. Compression results: Cylinder # 1 25 psi Cylinder # 2 0 psi Cylinder # 3 0 psi Cylinder # 4 25psi. Engine has a catastrophic failure. Needs an engine.
