- Visual inspection shows oil a quart low, coolant is down can't tell how low. We cranked the engine and spins faster than normal as in low compression and lose of valve timing. Removed spark plugs to inspect inside cylinders and do a static compression test, added a one and half gallons of water, as we added water cylinder #2 filled up with water. Cylinders have water and oil in them and no or low compression. Compression results: Cylinder # 1 25 psi Cylinder # 2 0 psi Cylinder # 3 0 psi Cylinder # 4 25psi. Engine has a catastrophic failure. Needs an engine.
